1.⁠ ⁠No Direct Refunds by GPASS

GPASS is a platform provider and does not directly handle refunds for tickets. Refunds, if any, are subject to the terms and conditions set by the licensee using the GPASS platform to sell tickets.

2.⁠ ⁠Licensee’s Refund Policy

All refund requests must be directed to the licensee responsible for the event or ticket sale. The licensee’s refund policy will govern the eligibility and process for refunds.

3.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

If a refund is approved by the licensee, GPASS will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the licensee’s approval. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
